This formset package is designed around ASTM E2018, the only nationally recognized Standard of Practice for Commercial Property Assessments, (PCA's). You must have a valid copy of the 3D Inspection System software to use these formsets, (version 11.0 or later).

FEATURES:

• Text formset, for use in ALL projects, (the basic meat of the report), with several thousand menu selections.
• Photo Plates formset, for insertion of large numbers of pre-sized and pre-positioned photos (3 to a page), with room for detailed comments.  You can also insert photos into the text, as with any other 3D report.
• Field Sheets, for use in documenting the information in the field, (numbered headings and subheadings directly correlates to text formset).
• Glossary formset, an already completed Glossary you can attach to your reports in desired.
• Tutorial, for understanding how each component of the formset works.

All formsets and documents are yours to do with as you wish, (except that you may not share them with any other parties), and are able to be modified, edited, added to, etc. 

You may insert as many as 100 photos in the Photo Plate section, or you can also insert photos into the text of the report as in a home inspection if you would rather. I use the Photo Plates section if I am using a lot of photos in the report.  Of course, with the newer versions of 3-D, you can add more subheadings, (and therefore more space for photos) on the fly.
