Pre-Spect Building Inspection & Analysis is owned and operated by Rick DeBoard and his wife Kelli. Rick is the Senior Inspector and is responsible for inspections and field operations and Kelli oversees the finances of the business. Rick has personally inspected over 1,000 commercial structures and over 7,000 residential buildings to date. Kelli is a Registered Nurse in the operating room of our local hospital.

1985 to 1990 - CEO and general manager of construction firm specializing in new construction of commercial and industrial buildings and residential remodeling.
