Pre-Spect reports are arranged in an easy to read format and our standard assessments include:

Our Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) are performed according to the ASTM Guide E2018-08. The ASTM Guide is the only nationally accepted standard for assessment of commercial properties. Unlike other companies, we don't just randomly select various items to inspect. We open every electrical panel to inspect the wiring inside (if it can be done safely), enter every attic and crawlspace, run all built-in appliances, run all HVAC equipment, and run all plumbing fixtures. After reading our report you will know more about the condition of the property than do the existing owners. Of course, if you desire us to only inspect a random sampling of components we will do so and extrapolate or findings, this will lower the fee accordingly.
And because you are interested in the bottom line, all significant findings are accompanied by a cost-to-cure, as well as major projected expenses for the next five years. This also sets us apart from much of the competition.
